What to expect?

When you call the Richardson Group, a coach will conduct a brief telephone interview to establish your most immediate needs. During that conversation, a date will be set for a coach to spend a day in your practice fully evaluating the practice history, examining how your office functions from scheduling to hygiene, enrollment to marketing, financial management to profitability. The Practice Opportunity Assessment examines all areas of your practice and, at the end of the day, you receive a full, written report with a detailed commentary and discussion. The report includes extensive conclusions and recommendations that you can implement immediately.
